Domestic Shipping
- Your standard ground order will ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx at Accura Music’s discretion.
- Delivery times for Economy and Express shipping are estimates and are not guaranteed. In-stock orders using Second Day or Next Day shipping methods are guaranteed to be delivered on time by the carrier, or we will refund your shipping cost.
- Because of the volatility of fuel prices, shipping rates may change.
- All delivery times are business days - Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- We charge sales tax for all orders sold in New York State.
International Shipping
Returns: Because of the high cost of international shipping, we cannot pay for return shipments from outside the US, for any reason.
Customs: Postal regulations require us to list the contents of all international packages and the exact total value of your shipment, even if the order is a gift. Any customs, taxes or import duties are your responsibility and are levied once the package reaches your country.
You must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We do not take responsibility for goods confiscated by customs officials or by similar authorities.
